此液壓動力單元采用零泄漏雙向止回閥實現(xiàn)兩條油路的完全隔離，使用兩條油路的上升和下降動作互不干涉，是多缸單獨升降系統(tǒng)的理想動力源。該系列動力單元廣泛用于子母臺式（大剪）升降機，采用直流電機可用于卡車尾板

Equipped with the zero leakage bi-directional solenold valves,this power unitfulfils the complete separation of the two independent circuits,which are respectively for the main platform and subordinate platform of the double scissors lift.By increasing the number of the solenoid vavles,it is easy to get more independent circuits,which are used to control the corresponding cylinders.

注意事項Special Notes                  

1.此動力單元不可連續(xù)運轉，（1分鐘ON，9分鐘OFF）可重復工作。

1.The power unit is of S3 duty,which can only be worked intermittentiy,ie.,1 minute on and 9 minutes off.

2.安裝前必須保證油缸、油管、接頭等液壓元件清潔無任何雜質粘附。

2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.

3.液壓油粘度應為15-68CST，應清潔無雜質，推薦使用N46號液壓油。

3.The viscosity of the oil shoud be 15-68 cst.

4.系統(tǒng)使用第一個100小時后，應更換液壓油，以后每3000小時更換一次液壓油。

4.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours.

5.本液壓動力單元適用于立式安裝。

5.This power unit should be mounted vertically.

6.首次啟動運行系統(tǒng)時，應立即檢查油箱中的油量是否充足。

6.Check the oil level in the tank after the first star of the power unit.
