d)質量目標應該量化并能提供足夠證明顯示目標的達成狀況。Quality objectives should be defined in quantitative terms & monitoring their achievement should be evidenced.
e)應配有滿足標準要求文件化的質量程序。documented procedures for all elements required by the standard should be in place.
f)確認在認證注冊審核之前，所有文件審核提出的要求已被有效執行。To confirm that all the requirements of documentation reviews have been carried out prior to conformance audit.
