此液壓動(dòng)力單元由高壓齒輪油泵、交流電機(jī)、多用集成塊、液壓閥、油箱等零部件有機(jī)結(jié)合為一體，應(yīng)用于輕型升降平臺(tái)、液壓叉車、舉升機(jī)等設(shè)備。電磁卸荷閥卸荷實(shí)現(xiàn)下降，下降速度由可調(diào)節(jié)流閥調(diào)節(jié)。
Consisting of high pressure gear pump,AC motor,multi-functional manifold,valves, tank,this power unit has been widely used in the industry of logistic devices such as minifork lift,scissors lift and ariel working platform,The loweringmovement is controlled by the solenoid valve with the speed controlled by the adjustable throttle valve.

注意事項(xiàng)Special Notes:
1.此動(dòng)力單元不可連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，（1分鐘ON，9分鐘OFF）可重復(fù)工作。
1.The power unit is of S3 duty,which can only be worked intermittentiy,ie.,1 minute on and 9 minutes off.
2.安裝前必須保證油缸、油管、接頭等液壓元件清潔無任何雜質(zhì)粘附。
2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.
3.液壓油粘度應(yīng)為15-68CST，應(yīng)清潔無雜質(zhì)，推薦使用N46號(hào)液壓油。
3.The viscosity of the oil shoud be 15-68 cst, should be clean and free of impurities,hydraulic oil is recommended No.N46.
4.系統(tǒng)使用第一個(gè)100小時(shí)后，應(yīng)更換液壓油，以后每3000小時(shí)更換一次液壓油。
4.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours.
5.本液壓動(dòng)力單元適用于水平安裝。
