此規格書適用于交流微波爐電容器

The specification applies to capacitors for Microwave oven operated by rated A.C

2. 執行標準Standard

電容器的結構和性能符合IEC EN61270-1及GB/T18939.1標準.

The construcition and performance of the capacitor shall be certificated by the latest issue IEC EN61270-1 and GB/T18939.1

3. 類型Type

絕緣油浸漬的紙膜復合電容器.

Paper-Film dielectric capacitor of impregnation with insulation oil.

4. 電性能Electrical Characteristics

a. 容量偏差Capacitance  Tolerance: ± 3%

b. 損耗Dissipation Factor: ≤0.35%(100Hz)

c. 運行溫度Operating Temperature:-10~85℃

d. 儲存溫度Storage temperature:-25~85℃(用于運輸及儲存for transportrange of and storage)

e. 運行表面zui高溫度Maximum Surface Temperature for operationg: +85℃

f. 放電電阻Discharge Resistance:10 MΩ±20%

g. 介電強度Discharge Strength(Terminal to Terminal ):10750VDC  10Sec

h. 介電強度Dielectric Strength (Terminal to Case):7200VAC  10Sec

i. 絕緣電阻Insulation Resistance: ≥3000 MΩ

j. BOV: ≥11.3KVDC

5. 密封性Oil Leakage Test

電容器放置在zui容易暴露滲漏的位置,加熱至zui高運行溫度保持2小時,無液體滲漏.

Capacitors shall be capable of withstanding at maximum permissible temperature for 2 hours without evidence of the impregnale leaking.

6. 耐久試驗Endurance Test

6.1.按照表1測試時,應持續供給50/60Hz的電壓.

Permanent voltage from 50/60Hz shall be performed in compliance  with Table I.

6.2.試驗前按照6.1及6.2測量電容器初始數據.

Capacitor and dissipation factor shall be measured before testing for the initial measurement in accordance with 6-1,6-2..

6.3.試驗結束后測量極殼間耐壓并滿足表2要求.

After  the test has been performed,the armature-to-housing test shall be carried out and the capacitance and the dissipation factor shall be measured  for  final data same method as above Table II.

7. 容量Capacitance

容量測試需在額定功率下且電壓不低于500V,個別測試時可以使用不同的功率和電壓.

Capacitance shall be measured at the rated frequency and at a voltage of which the rprm value is at least 500V Different voltage.And frequency may be used in individual test.

8. 高溫損耗High Temperature Dissipation Factor

高溫損耗測量方法如下:

The High temperature dissipation factor shall be measured by the same method as below.

電容運行溫度達到85℃,損耗不超過0.3%.

After reaching to the inside as 85℃,it shall not be exceed 0.3%.Dissipation  factor shall be measured by making bridge circuit  from sinusoidal wave of rated frequency.It shall not be exceed 0.3%.

正常測試或隨機測試:在額定功率和頻率下

-Normal Test of Random Test:at rated voltage and rated frequency

-個別測試:LCR表,1KHZ

-Individual Test:by L.C.R.Meter at 1KHz
